I find my passion and energy lies in helping business owners/leaders excel, and I have a thorough understanding of the challenges that business owners/leaders face in today’s business environment. I bring 25+ years of Finance / Operations / Business Development / Competence Development experience with IKEA, working both in the US and Europe.
I believe there is no “one-size-fits-all” approach to leadership success, instead, I believe that true leaders are dynamic, embracing each day with a genuine passion for their work. I use transformational coaching and facilitation to help you develop yourself and those around you, fostering change at all levels and creating vision and success in today’s business economy. I adeptly draw from both my professional and personal life experience when coaching. My clients find me an authentic, curious, and enthusiastic coach. I am understanding and thoughtful, yet I say what needs to be said to help you think and act to move forward.
