My name is Nanci Lynn Walls, I am an AVP of business development for Trumark Financial Credit Union. I oversee Northeast Philadelphia, Lower Montgomery and Bucks Counties. I come with over 35 years Business and Retail banking experience helping individuals and businesses succeed in the growth of their financial wellbeing by providing the proper banking products and services to suit their needs.
I was born and raised in Philadelphia where my family had a seafood business that we not only lived in but worked for from the time we could reach the counter. I learned from an early age how to interact and treat customers. I was taught to “give the best possible service to a customer and you will have a client for life” and I continue to live what I have learned each and every day. My clients have access to me 24/7 via cell text and email and I pride myself on being responsive with 24 hours if not sooner.
What fulfills me most about my career has been the relationships I have built over the years with my clients. I have seen the start of families and businesses and have watch them grow through the years. I have also built relationships with many COI’s in various professions which I have been able to incorporate with my clients to help them achieve success in their business and personal lives.
